Having had to face the reality of living on my own after high school, I struggled with learning from my many, many mistakes. From signing apartment leases that were incredibly one-sided for the landlord to complete ignorance in how to save money and invest it, I essentially started from scratch. I wanted to take a very cold, even obscure bank that’s been around for over a century and a half, and create a new faction that focuses on giving young adults the guidance I wish I had at 18 years old. Had Viridia been around when I was starting out, I know many of my financial insecurities would have been nonexistent.
